Ours is a wonderful Castle of XIII century 3 km from Spoleto, famous for its Festival "Dei Due Mondi". The property is inside this Castle. The property was recently restored and divided in three apartments maintaining the old structure and style. It has also 1.000 sq. meters of beatifull garden and from this summer will be apply swimming pool too. The main apartment is more than 200 sq.meters and is composed by three double bedrooms and one triple, all of them have beautiful views on the valley, three bathrooms, a fully equiped kitchen and a comfortable living and dining room with fireplace and satellite TV, DVD-VCR, phone, Fax, computer with internet access. The building is on a terraced hill surrounded by olive trees where one can be in contact with the nature of the typical countryside of Umbria. The apartments are well insulated, ensuring they are cool in summer and well heated during the winter.
