If you are looking for a villa in tuscany there you are!! In this property there is a charming cottage which is surrounded by 40 hectares of land at its disposal and is situated in the splendid landscape of the Chianti hills.The property lies in a woody area, a refuge for numerous wild animals. With some luck, one can encounter hares, pheasants, wild-boars, roe-bucks, badgers, bald-coots, or wild ducks, that go to water in the lake of the establishment. It is in the centre of an ideal triangle, where the vertexes are Volterra, San Gimignano and Colle Val d'Elsa. Guests are welcomed in 4 farm houses of the 16th century, completely restored and independent, furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture. They provide heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all bedrooms.Besides the garden where it will be pleasant to relax, at the guests' disposal are a swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling green. The guests may enjoy relaxing walks, through the paths that mark the woods or go jogging in the quiet of the countryside.The closeness of famous art centres like Florence Siena Pisa offer a valid alternative. The golf centre of Castelfalfi is just 10km away. The owners (two doctors in medicine, a biological science teacher and a veterinary) are able to provide maps and guides but also useful suggestions to discover art and nature treasures.Restaurant service is not provided but delicious typical trattorias are situated in the vicinity. On request, it is possible to have a language teacher, an embroidery teacher, a cook and a maid. It's ideal for familiar or cultural groups, as the whole complex can host up to 20 people.

Ginestra [200 sqm] This House is a restored barn and it was restored in 2003. You can rent the whole Farmhouse 6/7 persons or Farmhouse Ginestrella , a studio apt in the ground floor or Ginestra 4/5 persons Ginestra and Ginestrella are 2 different houses, divided by a door The whole Ginestra 6/7 persons The main entrance is at ground floor up 2 steps from the gardenThe entrance is directly into the dining room. Through an open door passage and down 1 step there is a fully equipped kitchen area with fridge ,freezer,hob( 4 gas rings) dishwasher,microwave. Through an arc door there is a large bedroom ( The Ginestrella) and a complete bathroom in suite with shower stall From the dining room and up 1 step there is the living room,with fireplace and armchairs This has glass walls and a beautiful view of the pool A flight of stairs leads from the dining room up to the first floor open gallery with a sofa bed.A door opens outside facing the driveway From this open gallery 2 doors open the 2 bedrooms with complete bathrooms in suite with shower stall The Ginestra also offers wood beamed ceilings and cotto floors Old furniture Central heating Outside there is a spacious furnished terrace with table and chairs and private barbeque,that is ideal for enjoying one’s meals.From here you have a beautiful view of the pool and of the country side After the restorations in 2003 the Ginestra can be divided in 2 units Ginestra and Ginestrella, because they are divided by a door Ginestra 4/5/persons It is the Ginestra without the bedroom in the first floor.
