A countryside with the characteristics of a work of art, a natural amphitheatre where architecture and landscape perfectly fuse together: this is the enchanting scene which we behold in the hills of Pian dei Giullari. From here our villa overlooks Florence and opens its doors to all of those who wish to spend a holiday in a complete relaxation only a few kilometres from the historical centre of town. Our house has great charm and elegance, typical of Tuscan villas: you can feel free to find your own cosy corner in the reading room, the sitting room, the satellite TV room and the dining room where you will be able to rediscover and savour our rich breakfast. At guests disposal five double rooms all beautifully furnished, with extreme attention having been given to every detail, fitness room and a 10x5 m swimming pool with a 3x3 jacuzzi pool.

This mignificentPalace was formerly “Palazzo Pascolutti- Giani” is a 19th Century building composed of 21 completely renovated apartments.
The building was previously home to the “Accademia dei Risoluti”, which gave birth to the theatre named “Alfieri”. On the main gate there is an engraving of the “Cavallo Sfrenato” ( the galloping horse) symbol of the “Accademia dei Risoluti” whose motto was “valoroso destrier passa e non cura”, (brave horse passing without fear).
The building is found in Via Pietrapiana at the point where the road meets Piazza Ciompi. In this very noble square, where the Ghiberti family lived, and situated opposite the Palazzo there is “Loggia del Pesce”, designed by Vasari simple and straight in design and composed of 18 thin Doric columns with a variety of small round terracotta fish.
In Piazza dei Ciompi there is probably the only permanent flea market in Italy, open every day, morning and evening. It is possible to find old lamps, books, bijou and various objects from the recent and distant past. Every last Sunday of the month the market becomes larger by about another 100 stalls distributed in the streets around the Piazza.
This Palazzo is found in the centre of the old city about 150 metres from the square of “Santa Croce”, 350 metres from “Piazza del Duomo” and about 500 metres from Via Tornabuoni. In the building there are two modern elevators to get to the apartments. In front of the building there is car parking for about 9 cars.
Inside there is a reception area to receive and assist guests.
