Our property dates from the 18th century during the "Kingdom of the Two Sicilies" and is owned by our family since 1830. The new country home which originally had only one storey, has undergone many changes and it has been carefully restored throughout in the last decade. The site is in fact a panoramic terrace overlooking a wide range of mountains on one side and the sea coast on the other side. The common garden 2500 sq.mts is made out of our green house, palms, cacti, olive and citrus trees and many Mediterranean flowering shrubs. A relaxing shady area is equipped with barbecue and a dining corner (chairs, tables, hammocks and fountain ). The property is gate-accessed, so privacy is assured. Home base to major archaeological sites, it is the perfect way to have total access to the city whilst still being able to escape in an oasis of green tranquillity. Some of the island's best fish restaurants are minutes away whilst the sandy beach is a 15 minutes drive. Our self-catering accommodations from studios through to 3-bedroomed apartments are fully furnished with linen and towels, equipped kitchen, bath, private terrace or garden. The house is in Noto Marina (Lido di Noto) in the South-east of Sicily and it is situated very close to the sea. The house is surrounded with a large garden of lemon trees. Their intense perfume will accompany you during all your stay.
