The Agricultural establishment is located within the municipality of Pian di Scò on the typical Balze del Valdarno at the foot of Pratomagno, in the middle among Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and the hills of Chianti with is six hectares of land, with horses and farmyard animals, completely isolated but at only one Km away from the village,the Podere is an old country house with five apartments: one one-room apartment, the reception, and the owner’s apartment on the ground floor, a big suite in to level with Jacuzzi inside and two two-room apartments on the first floor. The complex look on a lawn with outdoor furniture, umbrellas and a beautiful swimming pool (6m.x 12m.) (1,20h – 1.80h), with view on the valley, the pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas and has a hot and cold shower. A nice wellness center with yacuzzi, sauna/bagno turco and by request massages! The complex is partially fenced in and has an automatic gate and a parking area. Other facilities include a common laundry room a barbecue a wood Owen and a gazebo with table. Furnishings reflect the traditions of the area and that of local farm house. Inside in an atmosphere of the old country house, is possible to test our typical homemade Tuscan products such as olive oil, honey and wine. Nearest important out-let from Armani, Gucci, Dolce&Gabbana….

Accommodation details

Two-storied large suite apartment of about 130 sq.m, direct access to the garden, private out-side area inside living room on the ground floor with double sofa bed, fireplace, armchairs; through an arch you can get to the dining room with a wide table, and to the kitchen equipped with dishwasher, four gas fires, kitchen hood, refrigerator, oven and counter, perfectly restored old wood burning oven, bathroom with shower, closet. From the inner stairs you can get to the first floor consisting of two double bedrooms one of which with anteroom with two single beds; inside two private bathrooms , one with shower and the other with a jacuzzi; intermediate floor with double bed. The floor of all our apartments are done in terracotta, with stone inserts, the walls are in stone and the ceiling have been restored leaving the uncovered rustic beams in sight.
