Situated half-way between Umbria and Tuscany only 15km from the A1 highway. Our estate lays on the top of Mount Pausillo 650m above sea level which makes it one of the most pleasing, refreshing destination even in hot summer. It extends over an area of 350 ha mainly covered with forests and crossed by over 20 km of scenic paths and tracks. You can admire porcupines, wild boars, buzzards, hawks, pheasants, hares and foxes. Our guests can rest in our swimming pool or choose to discover the surrounding area doing a walking tour, riding a horse or a mountain-bike excursion. They can visit some of the most beautiful villages in Italy, taste our exclusive olive oil. At dusk admire the valley sparkling with lights and watch at an amazing starlit sky.
