The PODERE is a evocative farmhouse surrounded by beautiful olive trees, situated on the slopes of the Pratomagno 300 m above sea level in the zone of the Chianti dei Colli Aretini. The property consists of 5 apartments of which in 1 the owners live. We propose the other 4 units for a group of up to 12 people. The house is surrounded by a wide park and is completely fenced. There is a electric gate to enter the premises, the outdoor area is equipped with a barbecue, a wide gazebo with ping pong table, in a panoramic position between the olives trees, the swimming pool is located. On the ground floor of the property the greater part of the structure is developed, here you will find the living area with large windows, a kitchen in masonry, an independent small living room with a small bath, a larger living room with a wood burning oven and the piano. Still on the ground floor are 4 double bedded rooms and 1 single bedroom that can also be turned in to a double if needed. The 3 bathrooms with shower are also on this floor. The first floor is reached by the external staircase where one will find 2 double bedded rooms and a small kitchen to prepare necessities.
