The large country house villa, is positioned on a hill (250mt. above sea level) with a splendid view over Volterra and the Florentine and Sienese countryside. Restored with extreme care by the owner, it is surrounded by a park of around 10.000sq.mt. rich with ancient cypresses, olives, in the garden there is a beautiful swimming pool 7 x 14mt. Open from June to September. In the annex a few metres from the villa there is : a cellar, a tavern to taste the Tuscan wines, a room to relax. The villa is extends over three levels. The floors are covered in the original terracotta tiles, the furnishing is sober and present are some excellently restored pieces of antique furniture. On the round floor : a lounge room, large kitchen with a large and charming cooking range, pantry, two small service bathrooms. On the first floor : five double bedrooms (four of which have internal bathrooms and one private bathroom with its entrance from the outside corridor). On the second floor : five double bedrooms (four of which have internal bathrooms and one private bathroom with its entrance from the outside corridor). All the bathrooms are equipped with a shower recess. The bedrooms are very large, measuring from 20 to 30sq.mt.
