The house is situated in a natural terrace from where can be seen all the valley and part of Lake Trasimeno, and the boundary line from Mt. Amiata, Cetona and Montepulciano, can be made out along the horizon. The villa is inserted into a hill setting with a 360° view, surrounded by beautiful vegetation at 450mt. above-sea-level, the 2,500sq. mt. property is, completed fenced, with an automatic opening gate guaranteeing privacy and security during ones stay. At the side of the villa, towards the swimming pool, there is a large covered veranda area with a small outdoor kitchen area for cooking, making it unnecessary to enter the principal lounge area. The outside barbecue is very convenient and easy to use, eliminating any fears of ruining the marble kitchen inside. The swimming pool measures 14 x 7 metres and has a large staircase (into the pool) and a trampoline.
