What about relaxing in the pool, and enjoying the breeze on a sunny August day, have dinner at sunset with the most marvellous views of the rolling Tuscan hills. From Colline Metalliferous to Chianti and from the towers of San Gimignano to the Apennines. You have beautiful walks on foot or on horse back on one of the many enchanting “ white roads”, take a dip in the cool rivers or treat yourself to some pampering at the thermal springs, or a game of tennis. In the evenings you can enjoy a classical concert, dancing or local festivals that go on throughout the area. The villa is in the centre of the old historical town of Radicondoli where you’ll find everything you need: restaurants, inns, banks AMT , post offices, pizzerias, tobacconist, newsagents, chemist’s a doctor’s surgery and much more.

The Villa is surrounded by green tuscan hills and it's in the Cecina area that is very close to Florence.Thanks to its position ( 350 m on the sea level)its landscape is a mix of olive trees and the city of Florence.The lovely garden has a splendid view over the Florentine hills north of Florence.The centre is just 15 minutes away from the Farmhouse (by car).The structure is an independent Villa infact, for the privacy and security of our guests, it has an anti-theft device and the garden, that can be used even by night thanks to its lighting system, is surrounded by a solid fence.To enter into the Villa and into the private parking there is an automatic gate.The swimming-pool 5x10 ( with a hot water shower) guarantees relaxing and unforgettable moments. A characteristic barbecue and the panoramic roofing that shows our tuscan hills and Florence,make possible to clients to cook and eat in the middle of the tuscan contryside.
