There are lovely views all around and it is easy to reach many interesting places in Southern Tuscany such as Chianciano which for centuries has been noted for its thermal baths and ancient Montepulciano on its hilltop between the Val di Chiana and the Val d'Orcia. Fattoria Argiano is an estate with a beautiful villa and a farmhouse divided into five apartments, two for guests, one for the caretaker, and the other for the owner. Around the house there is a sunny garden equipped with outdoor furniture and a 7 x 14 meter swimming pool. The owner speaks foreign languages.
