Typical building in the style of old Umbrian farms. As far as the eye can see, nature dominates the hilly landscape, rich of woods, fields, flowers. Then, you can plunge into the silver water of Trasimeno Lake. At 600 m above sea level, you enjoy mild climate - not oppressive at all - in summertime. Far away from every kind of noise, the Locanda lets you completely plunge into the sounds and colours of the nature around. Rooms The rooms are situated in the central area of the building. Some of them open onto a terrace with an impressive panorama of the lake. They all have a comfortable toilet with shower, independent central heating, towels, sheets and blankets, TV. Daily cleaning service is included. Apartments The apartments are situated in an independent building near the central one. At the ground floor you find an equipped kitchen with crockery, fridge, TV, toilet and shower. If required, a big sofa could be a bed for two. At the first floor, you find a comfortable double bed. The heating is independent. Towels, sheets and blankets are changed weekly. Car park available for each apartment. All rooms have got a veranda covered by a blooming wistaria. SERVICES: 1) Swimming pool You can swim in a medium-size pool, enjoying the splendid view of the Trasimeno Lake. 2) Activities for children Near the apartments and the rooms, there is a big garden area with swings and slides, where kids can freely play and run in safety. 3) Conference room At the basement you find a small conference room with all comfort for working meetings, workshops and other events. 4) Other services Big car park near the buildings. Barbecue with firewood available for the guests. You can rest at Gazebo Belvedere in a complete relax, reading some books or simply talking. The Gazebo is situated near the buildings with a glance at the Lake and the woods around. 5) Sport activities and leasure time Mountain bikes, bowls and hectares of fields and woods where you can walk, run or pick sparrow grass, blackberries, mushrooms and all kind of fruit in season. Especially for the ones who are fond of pictures, you can watch at pheasants, wolves, squirrels and other species of animals populating the woods. If you want to stay just for the night, the Locanda is situated in a central position, just 5 minutes away from the highway going to all directions. At 5/6 km of distance, you find a beach provided with all comfort. Horse-riding possibilities, sailing, golf, water-ski, fishing are other common activities by the Trasimeno Lake.
