The conventual complex of St. Domenico, constituted from the real abbey, from the Cloister to square form and from the attached Church, it goes up again to 1200 and it is of ownership of the Foundation Luzi. In 1860, with the confiscation of the ecclesiastical good, her Church of St. Domenico, becomes ownership of the commune of St. Severino Marche, while the monastery is purchased from the noble family Luzi, that has some prelates inside her his/her dynasty. In 1882 the good deed Luzi is founded witnessed by his benefactor, the marquis Carlo Luzi, that turns the complex conventual to refuge of the poor men and the invalid to the job. They has been succeduti since 1900 some small urgent restaurations, until to flow, thanks to the interest of the pronipote marquis Gianfranco Luzi, in a real restauration of all the complex, finally relives today fully his ancient shine. The particularity, besides the magnificence of the spaces, you/he/she is given from the Cloister, all edged by two orders of arcs and from the recovered frescos and brought to the ancient shine.Spectacular it is also the refectory with central columns and ceilings, at times, and The saloons to the 1° floor, that you/they can easily be turned lectures, congresses, events and meetings of each to salt type, with capacity for 400 places each.
