The villa is located in Massa Lubrense facing the islands of Capri and the gulf of Naples just above the sea ten minute drive from Massa Lubrense and about 20 minutes from Don Alfonso. The villa is built with 4 levels and is divided into two houses. The swimming pool, 10 m x 6 m large, and 1,5 to 3,5 m deep is filled with seawater, has internal lights for night swimming. Only 100 steps from the incredible independent sea access of the villa. The house has telephone line and is possible to connect via modem portable PCs for Internet connection. The second level of the house, is entirely occupied by the main living room (some 80 sqm), the dining room and the kitchen. There is a large fireplace faces one of the big terraces with two large French windows that look on to Capri and the mountain Vesuvius. The living room where the main entrance is located, is about 40 sqm is equipped with an HIFI system with a CD player and a large screen TV with satellite. The dining room, in a panoramic position, has a table for 10 sitting diners. The kitchen is fully equipped.
