Property description

Bed and Breakfast in Florence: We are in the historic quarter of Santa Croce. Our Bed & Breakfast, though secluded in this very quiet street, is only a few metres away from the splendid Church of Santa Croce (Church of the Holy Cross). We also organize cooking lessons: we can go together to the market and prepare some of our best traditional recipes which of course will be served on the terrace accompanied by excellent Tuscan wines. This is a pleasant area in Florence to live in, especially because it is not on the main touristic route but at the same time is very lively, full of artisan workshops, markets and silent nooks. Four comfortable rooms in a small building all perfectly renovated: la Martinella, la Trecca, la Montanina and la Squilla are their original names, chosen in honour of some famous old bells that used to echo through the city of Florence. Each room has its own individual identity; they are all elegantly furnished and supplied with private bathroom, telephone and air conditioning. Our breakfast is a rich meal of bread, toast, juices and home made cakes, served on our terrace where the jasmine welcomes you with its pleasant fragrance.
