The Agricultural establishment is located within the municipality of Pian di Scò on the typical Balze del Valdarno at the foot of Pratomagno, in the middle among Firenze, Arezzo, Siena and the hills of Chianti with is six hectares of land, with horses and farmyard animals, completely isolated but at only one Km away from the village,the Podere is an old country house with five apartments: one one-room apartment, the reception, and the owner's apartment on the ground floor, a big suite in to level with Jacuzzi inside and two two-room apartments on the first floor. The complex look on a lawn with outdoor furniture, umbrellas and a beautiful swimming pool (6m.x 12m.) (1,20h – 1.80h), with view on the valley, the pool is surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas and has a hot and cold shower. A nice wellness center with yacuzzi, sauna/bagno turco and by request massages! The complex is partially fenced in and has an automatic gate and a parking area. Other facilities include a common laundry room a barbecue a wood Owen and a gazebo with table. Furnishings reflect the traditions of the area and that of local farm house. Inside in an atmosphere of the old country house, is possible to test our typical homemade Tuscan products such as olive oil, honey and wine.
