Over a number of years the owners have restored this marvellous farmhouse at the foot of Cortona, a hillside position, on the panoramic road that leads to the Etruscan city The villa is comprised of two apartments, both 140 sq. mt., with plenty of space, furnished with quality furniture, and kitchens supplied with everything one could need. The apartments face towards the south, where it is possible to admire a magnificent view and wonderful sunsets of the Tuscan colours. The external spaces are furnished with garden tables, chairs and armchairs with olive trees creating natural shade, and around the edge of the swimming pool there are also large umbrellas. In the summer evenings, seated in this magnificent garden it is possible to smell the true aromas that are in the olive oil and wine. The property measures around 2 hectares of cultivated land and an olive grove marks the boundary between the vines, and the old stonewall made of the discarded dried stones of the old stonemasons of the area. The swimming pool is available exclusive for guests, it measures 4mt. x 6mt. with a maximum depth of 1.60mt.
