The first building of the "Casale" was made in 1200 to defend the clerical lands. Still now the estate borders on lands that belong to the Clergy, and where you can visit San Gregorio church. In the past, on Patron Saint's day festival the inhabitants were allowed to cross the estate, that belonged to the whole community only in this particular occasion. The Casale, in a dominant position, is a typical Umbrian Stone building. Its tower dates back to 1200 with parts added in 1700 when it became a home. The interior, about 200mq wide, has old pieces of furniture right for the surroundings. The Villa is a 250 mq two-floors building with a central tower, with a large fire-place and a hall at the second floor. It is well furnished with old pieces of furniture. It can be entirely or in two autonomous flats. 7 hilly hectares cultivated with olive-trees on fantastic terraces, where you can either go for a walk or for a ride, among breathtaking views, fruit-trees, oak-trees, walnut-trees, and ancient chestnuts. In the wood, you can find and to pick-up mushrooms, asparagus, blackberries and chestnuts.
