The 3 star Hotel is situated in the highest floors of the same palast of family Luzi. It comprises of 12 bright and very large comfortable bed-rooms, each of them with private bathroom, central heating, direct telephone, tv color and fan on the ceiling. Some of them are decorated on ' 800 century style, and some have modern cooking facilities like studio apartments. There is a lift and porter service untill 2.00 a.m. The restaurant comes from the restoration of the cellars of the ancient palace of family Luzi. It is situated in the historical square in the caracteristic centre of a beautifull Renaissance city, whose name is San Severino Marche. The environment is at the same time rustic and elegant, and the meals are fresh, genuine and respect the land traditions.
