The "Fattoria" is made of a group of houses that are in an agricoltural area of the Chiana Valley surrounded by hills. They are geographically half way from the towns of Foiano and Cortona and not too far from the most important storical and wine-making centres of the South of Tuscany, as Montepulciano, Montalcino, Pienza, Siena, Chianti's area, etc. The houses have been recently restructured and are made of bricks and stones, a tipical way of building in this zone. Inside have been furnished trying to follow, as good as possible, the tipical tastes of the tuscan tradition. So you can find the ceiling with the beams and the red roof-tiles and the floor with the old tiles. There are also the wood furnitures, the table with the straw chairs and the iron bed. Every flat is equipped of gas cooker, fridge, air conditioning, heating system, TV, bathroom with shower. Outside there is a large garden with a swimming-pool and a private car parking.
