We would like to welcome you the Podere consisting in 3 country farm houses-all of them situated on a hill- top with a fantastic view, and impressive very old pine grove that are the symbol of the little village below. The apartments are from a minimum of 45 to an average space of 100 square metres, all of them have been restored taking care to leave the original structure, they are comfortable and the rooms are furnished with antique articles together with modern comforts as satellite colour television. We also have a tower room (on the top of the farm house with wonderful view) used as double or triple of about 40 square meters and bathroom with bath-tub. In particular, we have the “Baita” apartment of 45 square metres with a double and a single bed furnished with lovely pieces of antiques (the double bed was of a count of end 1700), a kitchen provided with all tools a fireplace and a bathroom with shower. An other apartment “Chalet” is of about 100 square metres and can be occupied by up to 2 families with children (even 4+3) because it has 2 very big bedroom a large living-room with fireplace and onsite kitchen, a very big bathroom and 2 independent entrances. The proud of the owner is the last restoration just finished, with the and the 2 big apartments of about 100 square meters each with 2 big bedrooms 2 bathrooms (one with water-massage bath-tub) and a very big kitchen-living-room area and a porch overlooking the chlorine free-swimming-pool the name is "Cottage”. All of the proposed solutions are part of an elusive property of about 15 acres of land, all with fence and automatic gate (you will receive a remote control), plenty of possibility of relaxing walking all around or laying under the sun on one of a lot places with green grass. The old farmhouse is situated on a real hilltop side with wonderful view in a great meadow, old pines trees park, (the symbol of the village of Ramazzano) and a little wood where you’ll find tables, chairs and hammocks and a barbecue."). The property is surrounded by woodland, where you can even watch “wild animals” like deer’s, foxes, wild boars etc. There are a lot of trekking trips arriving to very beautiful spots in the country-high hill side. Of 2 persons and 30,00 euro per person per night for the apt for 4 persons, (added person will be 50% of the normal price). we also sell not only per week but daily send us requests for knowing the exact cost; anyway divide the weekly price and multiply by the nights you wish to stay with us... Adding a 15-20%. Apartment baita, it is a kind of studio where there'a very big bedroom-livingroom with fireplace together with a fully equipped-kitchen and a bathroom. It is a private cottage in the property with own garden with table and chairs for enjoing the very nice view on the below outside 2 valleys. Apartment Chalet for 4 adults + 2 children, it is a formed by a very big livingroom-kichen with fireplace together with 2 big bedrooms (one of 40 squre metres and another of 30) and 1 very big bathroom with "family" shower and washing machine. It is a separate part of the bigger farm-house with its own garden with table and chairs for enjoing the very nice view on the below outside 2 valleys. "Torretta" (turret) is a very big room (jr-suite) of about 30 square metres + bathroom with bath tub, it can be oppied by 2 adults and 1 or 2 children it has a very wonderful view on the below valley. It has a fireplace and a refrigerator and very little cooking facilities (just to heat something or prepare a coffee). Apartment cottage of about 200 square metres, it is a formed by 2 very big livingrooms-kichen provided also with dishwasher and washing machine with fireplace together with 4 big bedrooms (two are upstairs: very scenery mezany) and 4 bathroom.
