This exclusive, newly renovated villa lies in a beautiful Mediterranean setting among green olive groves and pine trees about three kilometres from Amalfi, in a truly enchanting spot. It is located along the main coastal road and next to a staircase, which leads directly down to the beach below, which is appreciated by foreigners and locals for its clear water and fabulous restaurants. Main house: The main entrance is accessible via 4 steps from the parking lot found at street level (3 spaces available). The entrance of the villa immediately leads, to the front, into the spacious master bedroom with private bathroom and Jacuzzi shower, TV and wardrobe. Adjoining large terraces with beautiful ceramic tiled floors and sun lounges are accessed from the master bedroom. 20 steps down a wooden staircase lead you to the main living room and dining area. The living room has double access to the kitchen area, on the right, and to the bedroom area, on the left. The living room joins a small terrace with patio seating overlooking the gardens, pool, and sea. The living room has a beautiful terracotta floor, decorated in the twelve signs of the zodiac. It has 2 large sofas, a large glass coffee table, and an open fireplace. The room has a cigar corner furnished with 2 armchairs, a small table, and a complete stereo system and telephone. The living room leads to a bedroom area, on the left, with two independent bedrooms.
