The farm lengths about 43 hectares. The farm is cultivated with olives and vineyards in the famous sweet and verdant hills of Maremma Toscana, beside the seacoast and Cecina city (! mile from both) . The proprietarily house and the relative attached buildings (Scuderia, Frantoio, Granaio, Piccionaia, all now used as comfortable suites), have been built the XIX Century. At the beginning the farm was used as Tuscania's Duke Leopoldo II hunt preserve, and afterwards it becomes estate of Adorni Earls.
