In order to increase the capacity of the stately home, an elegant structure was added behind the villa in 1972 as well as several cottages located throughout the park. This complex, restructured during the past few years to reflect the initial architecture is located in a century-old 24,000 m² park overlooking the sea and leading to a private beach. The complex is reserved for pedestrians only. The site has numerous outdoor and indoor areas such as, for instance the former parlor of the Comtessa Toscanelli decorated with splendid period frescos and three restaurants: a spacious one located in the luxuriant park, one with air conditioning and the third just next to the pool.
