Ancient farm Troscino, a Holiday Home close to Siena in the beautiful countryside of Val di Merse Natural Park. If you are looking for a pleasant and elegant place, not too far from the sea yet close to the most important city of Tuscany, this is the best place for you! We have four apartments (named Taurus, Fallow Deer, Kite and Leo) divided in 2 different whole property and two lovely small villas more (named Ibis and Goose). - Taurus-Toro (100mq) is at the first (and last) floor with independent entrance (in front of Fallow Deer), under you there are only the reception and no apartment more. It is made up of spacious living room with open kitchen (complete with accessories include big refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka and american coffee maker), fireplace in front of sofas and 2 separated bedrooms: each one have a double bed, a loft and a private bathroom (wc + shower). - Fallow Deer-Daino (50mq) is at the first (and last) floor with independent entrance (in front of Taurus); under you there is only the reception and no apartment more. It is made up of living room with kitchenette (complete with accessories include big refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka and american coffee maker), sofa and a bedroom with a double bed, loft, private bathroom (wc and shower). These two apartments are half part of an old villa, both are at the first and last floor in the main building and if you want all together became a great apartment (about 150mq). Under there are only the reception and a common area (a living room, library room and sofa room). - Kite-Nibbio (70mq, ground floor) have the entrance directly from the garden. There is a big living room with sofas in front of fireplace, kitchen (include big refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka and american coffee maker), two bed rooms (double beds) and one bathroom (wc and shower) in common. Private terrace outside with table and chairs for your breakfast, lunch, dining... The laundry with washing machine is behind the reception, in common (for Taurus, Fallow Deer and Kite, only) and totally free. - Leo-Leone (100mq, ground floor + first floor) have entrance by the garden, too, with a private terrace outside, an open living room with fireplace and view on the kitchen (include big refrigerator with freezer, oven, dishwasher, toaster, moka and american coffee maker), a bathroom with washing machine at the ground floor. At the first floor there are three different bed rooms (two double beds + a single bed) with two bathrooms (one private and one in common). Outside and all around the houses there is a beautiful garden in common for all our guests, but it is so large and peaceful that usually no one have any problem with the others... In the garden there are some gazebo (covered terrace) where you can relaxing and a big double barbecue for cooking our typical "Fiorentina", an incredible charcoal grilled steak! At 40mt only from the garden there is the swimming pool with sun bed and umbrella where you can take the sun of tuscany! Two new panoramic swimming pools are just ready for this 2007 season, one is small and short (diameter 4mt, deep 70cm) for children and one is big (16x8mt deep 120-180cm) for adults only. About 400/800mt far away from the main building, surrounded by our olive tree, there are two lovely small Villas: the first is named Ibis and the last, in the heart of the wood, is our romantic Cottage Goose-Oca. Both are perfect for a couple who like to be independent and to live the nature. At the entrance (ground floor) there is the living room with sofa in front of fireplace, and a little kitchen (with a little oven and refrigerator, toaster, moka and american coffee maker but no dishwasher). At the first floor there is a bedroom with a sofa and double bed and a private bathroom (shower + wc + washing machine). Outside there is a private parking for your car, terrace with table, chairs and barbecue for eating outside. It's a little bit far from the main building, where there is the pool, but you can come by walk or by car on a private road really nice. In June, July and August we weekly rented from Saturday to Saturday, only. Price includes linen for beds, towel for bath and kitchen (change every Saturday), consume of water, light, gas and taxes. Pets allowed. Sometimes not all our pictures are nice as apartments really are but really all the apartments are NEW in a rural way, like Tuscany is: spacious, elegant and comfortable with nice furniture inside and outside too! We are on a hill's pick surrounded by olive trees and a wooded area so we have a beautiful view on the country side and a little production of an excellent Extra Virgin Olive Oil. We are near to Siena (18km), San Galgano Abbey (18km), free thermal water (Terme di Petriolo 10km), Montalcino and San Quirico d'Orcia (30km), Montepulciano and Pienza (45km), San Gimignano (50km), Maremma country (40km) and by the sea on the cost (Punta Ala, Grosseto 55km). In 5 minutes you can go by car in a little village named Casciano di Murlo on the hills in front of us where there is a little shop/bakery or in 15 minutes you can go in another village named San Rocco a Pilli there are many shops like supermarket, bakery, butcher and found some different kind of restaurants, too! In one hour and half you can go to Florence, Pisa or Arezzo, in a new Outlet-Village for your shopping or by the sea on the coast because we are in the middle of Tuscany and everywhere is not so far!!!
