The villa is fully heated and air-conditioned and comprises, on the ground floor, a main entrance-hall and staircase, a homely and fully equipped Tuscan kitchen and breakfast room, a spacious lounge with comfortable sofas and armchairs, music system, satellite TV as well as a desk area with computer, printer, fax, telephone and internet facilities. On the first floor there are four spacious and well appointed guestrooms each with modern en-suite bath and shower facilities for up to eight guests.
