The Farmhouse is situated among the rolling curvaceous hills of the sienese countryside , on the border of the provinces of Siena Florence Pisa and Grosseto in the picturesque medieval towns of Radicondoli and Belforte . The building was a mill in past , today it has been restructured and extended, maintaing of course all of it’s original architectural features and charm. The edifice is surrounded by beautiful gardens leading to a lovely swimming-pool where you can relax among the olive trees. For those who love eating outdoors in company there’s a gazebo with barbecue bbq, all ready to enjoy the local produce; wines, typical Tuscan fare and many delicacies - these days more and more difficult to find. The structure is comprised of five apartments.

Villa can accommodate up to 7 people. Anyway inside the property there are also two other apartments in a separated guest house (independent entrance and another gate) . Those apts can accommodate additional 13 people. Other 2 persons could be accommodated in a nice independent cottage. Therefore, although it's possible to rent just the main villa, the whole property also is ideal for a large group up to 22 people in total 10 largest bedrooms and 8 bathrooms! Villa and its guest houses are encircled by a largest park and Italian style garden. On the right side of the property there is a largest pine wood and on the left side there is the pool area with two pools (childreen pool as well). All the units are equipped by air conditioning and independent heat. Wireless Internet connection and Sat TV are in all the units.
