Guests are welcomed in 4 farm houses of the 16th century, completely restored and independent, furnished with taste by the owners, with beautiful antique forniture. They provide heating and all other modern conveniences, with equipped kitchens and private bathrooms for all bedrooms.Besides the garden where it will be pleasant to relax, at the guests' disposal are a swimming pool, a tennis court and a bowling green. The guests may enjoy relaxing walks, through the paths that mark the woods or go jogging in the quiet of the countryside.The closeness of famous art centres like Florence Siena Pisa offer a valid alternative. The golf centre of Castelfalfi is just 10km away. The owners (two doctors in medicine, a biological science teacher and a veterinary) are able to provide maps and guides but also useful suggestions to discover art and nature treasures.Restaurant service is not provided but delicious typical trattorias are situated in the vicinity. On request, it is possible to have a language teacher, an embroidery teacher, a cook and a maid. It's ideal for familiar or cultural groups, as the whole complex can host up to 20 people.

This is an ancient hayloft that has been restored thanks to the collaboration of a famous Italian architect. It is one of a larger set of buildings (where the only two proprietors live), which have preserved the structural features of old Tuscany farmhouses.It is surrounded on all sides by the green hills of Mugello, an area where the environment is carefully protected, and located in the vicinity of the house where the painter Giotto was born. During the restoration activities, special attention was dedicated to reusing natural materials; therefore, precious woods such as elm and handmade terracotta tiles were used to lay the floors and natural marbles such as travertine were chosen as lining for the bathrooms.The furniture of the rooms is a clever and pleasant mix of old Tuscan and modern Italian styles. The garden, exclusively for the use of our guests, was created by adding botanic elements typical of the Mugello hills and it hosts a swimming pool with a characteristic water fountain, also for the exclusive use of the guests staying at the house.The farmhouse is 4 km away from the train station where trains bear you to the city center of Florence in only 30 minutes; the golf court is 10 km away and Lake Bilancino with surfing and sailing facilities is at a distance of 14 km. The closest riding-ground is only 5 km away. From the farmhouse our guests can easily reach modern shopping centers and the hospital, which are only a few minutes' drive away. The hayloft is therefore an ideal location where ancient flavors and state-of-the-art facilities blend harmoniously. A beautiful house in Anacapri based on four levels inside an old forest of olive tree. This villa with its gardens, terraces and the beautiful pool with a wonderful view on the Capri island.It is 5 minutes far from the shopping centre of Anacapri and few steps from the famous Blu Grotto.From the top of the house a huge kitchen covered with traditional Neapolitan tails face a very comfortable terrace. There are two bed rooms with private bath.The living room is full of old furniture, a typical Mediterranean style and a grate library.On the second floor the 3rd and the 4th rooms are independent and face on a big terrace of bougainvilleas. From the garden there is the access to the dependence with the extra room. On the third floor there is the main garden where the swimming pool takes place; there the barbeque is at the guests disposal during the week. The Villa is staffed with two people: the house keeper and the gardener. Breakfast in the morning is included in the price and so the daily cleaning 6 days a week from 7a.m. to 11a.m. On the lower level there is also a big car parking; car are not allowed to the island but the owner can rent it; this is a very comfortable service for a good staying in the island.Cooking service, laundry service and the concierge service are available upon request.
