The Old Barn is the result of a sensitive and careful intervention to save an ancient peasant abode and its hayloft.The farm-house has a total extension of 180 sq. meters, and it is built on 2 floors.The farm- house is also provided with a wide and independent garden, equipped with barbecue and outer furniture, and with a loggia, where to enjoy lunch in the open air. From the garden you can access a little church, now out of use, which is built on 2 levels. The upper one will be converted into a reading room within short time.The farm- house is situated on the border of the National Park of Casentino, right in the middle of Italy, in the area where Tuscany, Umbria, Emilia and Marche meet. Its privileged position allows the visitor to enjoy the incomparable view all over the stunning countryside of Tuscany, and with proper weather conditions, the look can also reach Umbria.Just a few kilometres away lies the fascinating town of San Sepolcro. With its valuable architectures, it is well renowned for attle that here took place, and for being the hometown of the painter Piero della Francesca. In the surrounding are also located the villages of Caprese, hometown of the painter Michelangelo Buonarroti, and La Verna, a mystic place with a huge monastery where S.Francesco received the Stimmate.Beyond its historical and artistic heritage, the farm house represents an incomparable oasis of peace, which is to be enjoyed also on the outside, thanks to the wonderful position of the big swimming pool (mt. 5x10, from 1,10 to 2,30 mt. deep), looking over the landscape around, and with a loggia facing the valley.The other apartment of the Farm House, indipendent with its own entrancy from the street, is occasionaly occupied for short stay by the owner.

The farm-house has a total extension of 180 sq. meters, and it is built on 2 floors: on the first one there is a wide lounge with fireplace, a big kitchen with brick furniture and exit to the veranda, a lumber room, two bedrooms (one of which is a double room; the other one has 2 single beds + extra one sofa bed), and a bathroom with shower.On the upper floor there are other two bedrooms (one of which is a double room; the other one has 2 single beds + extra one sofa bed )and a bathroom. The farm- house is also provided with a wide and independent garden, equipped with barbecue and outer furniture, and with a loggia, where to enjoy lunch in the open air. From the garden you can access a little church, now out of use, which is built on 2 levels. The upper one will be converted into a reading room within short time. Inside, the house is wide and pleasant, finely furnished with old-styled furniture. It gives guests a warm and pleasant reception thanks to all its comforts.
