An independent house with annex for up to 20 people.The villa also has a private swimming pool equipped with deckchairs, sun umbrellas and sun beds, a private laundry room (2 washing machines/dryer), two parking areas.Large green areas surround the house.The facilities include:air-conditioning & heating in every room, satellite TV, HI-FI system, telephone, fax, DVD, alarm systems and hairdryers in every bathroom. Villa + annex sleeps 16+4. Ground floor: There is a large living room with fireplace and a dining room with seating for up to 16 people. The adjacent kitchen has a large refrigerator, a microwave, and dishwasher. There is a second living/dining room with access to a patio with barbecue. The ground floor bedrooms include two twin-bedded rooms with en suite bathrooms (with tub and handheld shower head), and one double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower. First floor: There is a large living room with fireplace and a smaller sitting room. The bedrooms on this floor include: 2 twin-bedded rooms with en suite bathrooms (tub and handheld shower head), and three double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms with showers. There is a private, independent laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Annex: (110 m2): Ground floor: There is a large sitting room with a Satellite TV, stereo system, DVD, large kitchen (with 4-burners cook top, oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, and American-style coffee maker), and a bathroom. First floor: There is a studio with a telephone, fax machine and Internet connection (you must bring your own computer), a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with tub and handheld shower head, a twin-bedded room with an en suite bathroom with shower.
