The property is located in a residential and quiet area of Sorrento, where there are also some of the best-known hotels; at about 100 metres there is the lift to the sea, which leads to beach resorts. Sorrento is in an excellent position for visiting the AmalfiCoast, Positano is about 17 kms away, Amalfi 30, and with the hydrofoil you can reach Naplesin about thirty minutes. The villa is surrounded by a charming garden with palm-trees and camellias, and absolutely independent from the villa where the owners live. The guest will enjoy his own private areas: a garden furnished with table and chairs for dining outside or a nice terrace for having a sun-bathing protected by vegetation. All the furniture are comfortable, valuable and very well-thought in the smallest details. The house is equipped with air-conditioning and central heating, stereo with CD player, TV, as well as dishwasher in the kitchen and washing-machine.
