Villa Gioiello offers amazing views of the Mediterranean and the coastline, allowing you to enjoy the sun and fresh sea breeze during the day and the beautiful sunsets at night. Its terraces and wonderful pool help make this unique and luxurious vacation home a delight. Villa Gioiello was fully renovated in 2004. It is built into the characteristic local stone, fitting perfectly into the beautiful natural colors of its surrounding environment – the scented pinewood trees, green olive groves, and typical Mediterranean vegetation. The villa lies about 4 km from Maiori and is easily reached from the main coastal road by its own private driveway, controlled electronically by means of a secure gate. A private parking area, partly covered by bamboo and wilderness, offers parking for up to four vehicles, although ample space for more cars is available. The villa also enjoys a natural path of steps which leading down the cliffs to a small, exclusive beach (20 min. walk). The interior of the villa is tastefully furnished in modern style. The villa lies on two floors and has a spacious living room, dining room, and comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms have en-suite facilities and individually controlled heating and air-conditioning units. The spacious terraces, planted with flowers, make it a private oasis of peace. The living room leads directly onto the outdoor area, which begins with a shaded terrace leading onto the wonderful seawater pool deck (17 meters x 5.6 meters) furnished with large umbrellas, comfortable deck chairs, and outdoor shower. A corridor leads from the kitchen to the first floor sleeping area and the rear of the house, consisting of two bedrooms; one enjoys three single beds and a window, the second, a spacious room with a double bed and an antique wardrobe with two small windows and French doors leading out onto the east face terrace, furnished with a table and 4 chairs. Both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with blue printed tiles and a shower box. First Floor: The first floor is located 16 steps up from the main living room and enjoys two, spacious bedrooms, both with beautiful wooden parquet floors and each with their own private panoramic terrace. Each bedroom enjoys its own private bathrooms with bathtub, located adjacent to the bedroom. Annex: Two external bedrooms are located on the terrace and pool deck.
