Decription of the Villa from the outside: The Villa has a indipendent entrance with gate (see potho) and a spacious place where two cars can be parked, in the front of the house there,s a little garden, on the backside about 150/200 m2 with pine trees and garden where it's possible to have barbecue and relax. The distance from the sea is ca 300 m. the access is from the private road on path that arrives right on the free beach, or you can reach tha sea by car on the public road.
