Property description

A beautiful house in Anacapri based on four levels inside an old forest of olive tree. This villa with its gardens, terraces and the beautiful pool with a wonderful view on the Capri island.It is 5 minutes far from the shopping centre of Anacapri and few steps from the famous Blu Grotto.From the top of the house a huge kitchen covered with traditional Neapolitan tails face a very comfortable terrace. There are two bed rooms with private bath.The living room is full of old furniture, a typical Mediterranean style and a grate library.On the second floor the 3rd and the 4th rooms are independent and face on a big terrace of bougainvilleas. From the garden there is the access to the dependence with the extra room. On the third floor there is the main garden where the swimming pool takes place; there the barbeque is at the guests disposal during the week. The Villa is staffed with two people: the house keeper and the gardener. Breakfast in the morning is included in the price and so the daily cleaning 6 days a week from 7a.m. to 11a.m. On the lower level there is also a big car parking; car are not allowed to the island but the owner can rent it; this is a very comfortable service for a good staying in the island.Cooking service, laundry service and the concierge service are available upon request.
