The Villa has been built in 1925 and enlarged in 1999, during which was performed a careful restauration of the native part. In axis with the house lies the beautiful swimming pool with Roman staircase (6x12 meters) and the original wood-and- bricks porch. At one side of the pool there is a large whirlpool tub for exteriors (SPA) with 6 places for lying with a heater, ozonator, waterfall and whirlpool 2-speed and 32 jets. The third providing an added single bed, an added single sofa-bed, precious antique-trade furnitures and a terrace equipped with wood table, chairs and deck-chairs The fourth providing liberty-style furnitures, a bath with Bisazza mosaic covering, a cast iron tub and an original ancient double sink, drawn in a single piece of marble of Carrara. The plan provides also wall-safe and TV. On request available 2 beds for children, a crib and a highchair. All the bathrooms are supplied with seat watercloses and bidet. The Rooms: Second Floor - Mansard The mansard zone is accessed by wood spiral staircases or by ancient brick staircases. The first zone offers 2 bedrooms, each one with 2 single matchable beds, bath with anciented travertine covering and shower. The plan provides also a sitting-room with table and chairs in "midollino", TV and panoramic balcony with beautiful sight of the swimming pool and the Tuscany country.
