The villa is a typical Tuscan farmhouse of the XIX century. It has a panoramic position in the very heart of Tuscany, in the commune of Pienza, province of Siena. It is situated within the Natural Park of the Val d'Orcia which UNESCO has listed among the World Heritage sites. At 500 mt above sea level you can enjoy an unforgettable view of the clay hills among which the old towns of Pienza, Montalcino and Bagno Vignoni are silhouetting. From a large opening in the inner court of the farm you can reach the beautiful stonebuilt swimming pool on whose water Pienza and its enchanting sunsets are reflected. The farmhouse completely built in local stone, is surrounded by a large garden. It consists of a main building of about 450sqm, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a well equipped kitchen and a large sitting room with fireplace of about 140 sqm. There is also a detached little dépendance overlooking the inner court , composed of a double room with bathroom and a small kitchen where you can easily add an extra bed.
