A gorgeous villa on Castel Rigone hill, a few kilometres from Lake Trasimeno, with a swimming pool, beauty centre and every other comfort.
The villa is situated in a tranquil position with a beautiful panoramic view from Monti Sibillini to Monte Amiata with marvellous sunsets over Lake Trasimeno.The villa is spread over three levels.

The ground floor: entrance into the lounge room with lounges, armchairs, fireplace, flat screen TV that receives satellite programmes, stereo, dvd player and radio installation in every room.
Exit onto a 70sq.mt. panoramic terrace by a sliding glass door, furnished with tables and chairs, and a brick seat in the wall covered with large cushions.
From the lounge room you go into the dining room where there is a beautiful table in front of a large window where you can admire the panorama, then the bricked kitchen is fitted with a dishwasher, electric over, cooking range with four jets, toaster, kettle and upright fridge with a freezer, a small breakfast table.
The staircase that takes you to the upper floor opens out into a fan shape, there are 6 stairs, to the left is the first double bedroom, with a bed from the end of the 1700’s, and glass door looking over the view,
1 bathroom with a shower/hydro-massage and steam bath,
a small studio with an internet connection, to the right of the staircase, with 16 stairs you reach the principal double bedroom furnished with style, with a hydro-massage bath and washbasin in marble in the room both situated behind the bed-head, separate from the room is the toilet and bidet in a small bathroom.
The bedroom has a window 2.3 metres wide x 1.25 metres high from which you can admire all the splendid view, from sunrise to sunset.
In this bedroom there is also a corner fireplace, romantic for an autumn night. A door that opens out onto a terrace 54sq. m.

Returning at the ground floor, in the day area, a small iron staircase of 18 stairs descends into the wellness area.
Here you are welcomed by a beautiful hydro-massage bath 7mt. X 3.7mt. with chromium therapy lights and a waterfall, as well as a chromium therapy sauna, 1 bath and a shower.
The entire bath is set against a window where you can admire the outside area, and from which there is a convenient exit into the external swimming pool that measures 9mt x 6mt with a hydro-massage set up higher above the pool.


The villa, immersed in a beautiful garden in the centre of an olive grove, has every comfort available, is elegantly furnished and offers a pleasant mix of antique pieces and modern designed furniture.
